V. Chandrasekaran (or VC as he is called) has an impeccable track record of turning around businesses and operations. His association with world class companies is listed below. Until recently, VC served as CEO of Aztec Software and Technology Services Ltd (now part of Mindtree Ltd.). He joined the company in Jan 2004 and since then revenues and profits have grown at a remarkable pace and has won several industry awards and recognitions. As CEO Mascot systems (now iGate Global Solutions) he grew revenue from US$45 M to US$ 75M in one year and made the company highly profitable. As President of Wipro Systems (1992-1999), he won many awards: innovative business model from export promotion council, golden peacock award for quality, highest exporter award from STP, the world's first software services company to achieve SEI CMM level 5, etc. He achieved growth rate in revenues and profits far ahead of the competitors and Wipro achieved No2 position in Software exports. He was Vice President Customer support (Wipro Infotech 1989-92). As General manager Modi Xerox and Service Manager for SICO, he set new standards for service and the slogan in the market "Modi Xerox" sets standards for others to copy. He was very innovative in providing highest quality of service even under tough conditions for import of spare parts that prevailed at that time. VC holds a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from I.I.T ( Chennai, 1970). |

Dr. Ashish Gupta is a co-founder of Helion Venture Partners (http://www.helionvc.com/) and serves on the boards of Gridstone Research, Jivox, Kirusa, MuSigma, Naukri.com, and SMS Gupshup. He has co-founded two successful companies - Tavant Technologies and Junglee that pioneered comparison shopping on the internet. He has also worked at Woodside Fund, Oracle Corporation and IBM research. His investments include Daksh (IBM), Odesk, Obongo (AOL), Speedera (Akamai), MakeMyTrip, Merittrac (Manipal Group), and Kaboodle (Hearst). Ashish also serves on the Board of the Kauffman Fellows Program, the leading educational fellowship in venture capital; and the Foundation for Excellence that promotes education in India. Ashish is a Kauffman Fellow, holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University, and a bachelor's degree from IIT Kanpur where he was awarded the President's Gold medal. Dr. Sridhar Mitta, is the Managing Director and Founder of NextWealth Entrepreneurs Private Limited, Bangalore, India, which promotes Social Entrepreneurship. Dr. Mitta was the First Employee at Wipro Limited Information Technology business since its inception in 1980 and played key role in Wipro achieving technology leadership. As its Chief Technology Officer and President of 'Wipro's Global R&D', he spearheaded strategies which transformed the captive R&D unit into a profitable business. He pioneered global delivery of outsourced product development services to technology companies like Intel, Cisco Systems, Tandem Computers etc. Wipro became the highest valued company in India during his tenure. Wipro R&D received 'Award of Excellence in Electronics' from Government of India for five years in a row. Wipro earned coveted CMM Level V software quality certification under his leadership. Dr. Mitta was also the Founder and CEO of EnThink Inc. , an Intellectual Property design and licensing start-up located in silicon valley. He began his career with Electronics Corporation of India, Ltd, Hyderabad. Dr. Mitta is very passionate about promoting entrepreneurship as entrepreneurs create wealth disproportionate to available resources by taking calculated risks. He is associated with 'The IndUs Entrepreneurs (TiE)' which fosters entrepreneurship globally, for over a decade. He was President of TiE Bangalore Chapter for over four years and now elected to Board of Trustees of TiE Global. He is also advisor to several venture capital organizations including IDG Ventures, Inventus and Kitven. He mentors many young companies. Dr. Mitta serves in several Boards of companies located in the United States and India, including e4e Inc., TVS Capital and TVS Electronics. Dr. Mitta holds a PhD and MS from Oklahoma State University , US ; an M Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur; and an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Andhra University. Vikram Shah is the President of Network Appliance (NetApp) Operations in India. NetApp is a leading provider of innovative solutions that simplify the complexities of data management. Vikram's management career spans more than three decades. He has worked in India and abroad holding senior management positions with Novell, Tata Consultancy Services, Tata InfoTech Ltd, Tech Mahindra and Tata-IBM. Murali is a qualified Chartered Accountant- is the Founder & CEO of Ujwal management Services Limited (http://www.ujwal.net), a company focused on assisting global technology corporations setup their offshore operations in Bangalore, India. Sundarrajan is a finance professional with over 25 years of experience in Finance, Business Strategy and operations. He has recently founded Numinous Consulting, specializing in consulting services in the areas of Capital, Finance, Operations, M&A and CFO services. Prior to this, he was CFO of Aztecsoft, a public company which was recently acquired by MindTree and earlier he was with BPL Limited for more than 3 years in a senior finance position. Prior to BPL, Sundar has had a long career of more than 15 years with Wipro in several senior finance positions and commenced his career with Ashok Leyland.
